Guided by the vision of Alexis Proffitt, a healthcare professional and dedicated entrepreneur, Legacy Childcare is more than just a daycare—it is a place where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. With a background in the medical field, Alexis understands the importance of holistic child development, prioritizing not only education but also the well-being and overall health of each child in our care.
Our Seymour, Tennessee location is the second addition to the Legacy Childcare family, following the success of our Asheville Hwy location. We offer dedicated classrooms for infants, toddlers, and pre-K children, ensuring age-appropriate learning experiences. As a licensed childcare provider in Tennessee, we proudly accept state vouchers, making quality childcare accessible to more families in our community.
